How to do Deeper Meditation

If you want to go deeper while meditation then follow below sequences in starting point.
  1. Sit in comfortable posture for meditation.
  2. Start to do Natural Breathing.
  3. Focus on Breath movement inside the body.
  4. After 15–20 count of breath inhale exhaul process, start Anulom Vilon (Breathing Exercise) for 12–18 count.
  5. After that, Start fast inhale exhaul for 30 seconds or for 10–15 count.
  6. Now start 100 to 0 count (reverse count) (Try to do for 2 times). (for clean you thought in background)
  7. And at the end, Start OM kar (inhale and make sound OM for long time).
  8. Keep OM kar for 20–30 count or more.
  9. Now, you can see, you can feel something resolate inside you and you can see few colors front of you with close eyes and feel like you are entering in one hole.
  10. keep this flow regularly, you will see many magics inside you.——————————————————————————————————


Anulom Vilom is a Pranayama, It will make your plexus clear and Plexus of IDA, PINGALA, & SHUSMUNA is pipeline or flow line of Kundalini Chakras so first it should be clear and fresh before meditation. so pranayama helps to boost your meditation power.
